Responsibilities
- A member of a team which supports the mission of St. Lawrence Seminary (SLS) High School by expanding its Advancement efforts with alumni, donors and friends through meaningful stewardship - Design and implement strategies to more fully engage with existing and potential donors to increase funding in support of programs and facilities - Work closely with the Rector, currently Fr. Zoy - Effectively communicate how development efforts support the Seminary’s mission and vision - Build lasting relationships with all constituents - Strategically build upon the strengths of the existing program - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Implement “best practices” in the area of major and planned giving

My Long-term Vision for St. Lawrence Seminary is
I want everyone to know that SLS is this incredible place where boys can experience a residential college preparatory education in a nurturing living Catholic community with international fellow students where they will become spiritually mature, well-rounded men of faith, who will be prepared for a life of ministry as priests, religious and lay leaders in the Church, their communities and the world. And as a result of this knowledge, our enrollment is at “full capacity” with a waiting list. And I hope I can play some small part in creating this reality.
